Recently, EarCare Medical specially invited overseas medical experts including Xu Huiying (Founder, Director, and Chief Pediatric Orthotist of Orthopaedia Group), Mai Jiaying, Li Huimin (Chief Orthotist of Orthopaedia Hong Kong), and Kinanti (Orthotist of Orthopaedia Indonesia) to conduct a specialized training and hands-on exchange activity on ear auricle correction techniques.

Integrating Theory with Practice to Strengthen Technical Skills

During the training, technical instructors from EarCare Medical delivered systematic explanations on core topics such as the classification of auricular deformities, the golden intervention period for correction, and standards for appliance fitting, supplemented by analysis of practical challenges through clinical cases. In the afternoon hands-on session, team members, under the guidance of the instructors, practiced appliance fitting operations and adjustment techniques. By simulating real clinical scenarios, they enhanced their practical proficiency in handling different types of deformities and resolved several common clinical doubts.

This exchange not only tangibly improved the practical skills of the Orthopaedia team but also facilitated mutual sharing of experience and professional collaboration in the field of auricular correction technology.
