To celebrate the 85th anniversary of the founding of the China Democratic League, on March 15th, the New Members General Branch of the Bengbu Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League held the "Commemoration of the 85th Anniversary of the Founding of the League and the 5th Training Course for New Members." Peng Lei, General Manager of Anhui EarCare Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and a member of the China Democratic League, participated in the organization of the event and attended the full training course in his capacity as the Publicity Committee Member of the New Members General Branch. Du Jinjie, Head of the Organization Department of the Bengbu Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League; Zhou Qingyun, Section Chief of the Municipal Health Comprehensive Supervision and Law Enforcement Detachment and Chairman of the Health Supervision Bureau Branch of the China Democratic League; Tang Xia, Director of the Outpatient Department of the Bengbu Third People's Hospital and Member of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference; along with members of the branch committee of the New Members General Branch, attended the event and participated in the training together with more than 20 members of the New Members General Branch.

      As the organizer responsible for the core segment of the event, Peng Lei led all members in an in-depth study of the Constitution of the China Democratic League and relevant disciplinary measures, strengthening members' awareness of discipline and organizational concepts. He also led the oath-taking ceremony, guiding both new and existing members in reaffirming their original aspirations for joining the League. During the event, all attendees watched the League history film An Old Boat Ticket and listened to exchange presentations by representatives of both new and existing members on their experiences in fulfilling duties and conducting League affairs. The atmosphere was both solemn and warm.

      This event was not only a spiritual but also a mobilization for building consensus. As the head of an enterprise run by a League member, Peng Lei stated that he would remain committed to his duties, actively fulfill his responsibilities, and integrate the League's principle of "caring for people's livelihoods and serving society" into the development practice of his enterprise. He pledged to continue participating in public welfare endeavors, demonstrating the responsibility of a new-era enterprise run by League members through concrete actions.
