Usage Precautions for "3D Printed Custom Insoles" and "3D Precision-Carved Custom Orthopedic Insoles":
Some users may experience mild discomfort when wearing the insoles for the first time. Generally, an adaptation period of 5 to 10 days is required.
If significant discomfort occurs, gradually increase the wearing time (e.g., increasing by 2 to 3 hours per day).
Engage in strenuous exercises (such as intense running, jumping, basketball, football, etc.) only after fully adapting to the insoles.
Clean the insoles with room temperature water using a soft-bristled brush, then air-dry naturally. Do not expose to direct sunlight. The recommended cleaning frequency is no more than once a month.
Keep away from heat sources above 60℃.
It is recommended that children undergo a review and evaluation every 3 to 6 months, and adults every 6 to 12 months.
